Harperson was less than convincing on Newsnight this evening. Gorballs Mick looked about ready to burst into tears and the cookery teacher was nowhere to be seen. If this was all cooked up but Lord Rentboy then I fear he has lost his touch.
I really think Martin's position is now untenable, however the same can be said of Jacqui Smith. It would be nice for it to all fall apart in a vote of no confidence but there are still too many hogs in the trough for a vote to succeed. nevertheless this is the end of the Zanu project. Brown is looking increasingly deranged. As was suggested elsewhere. Someone should offer him a revolver and a deep fried Mars bar.
