Corruption and incompetence? Maybe but I suspect it has more to do with comrade Brownstainovich's announcement that he was clamping down on tax havens.
I think it will amount to more style than substance as is so often the NuLabia way. I rather doubt a couple of million in extra tax revenue will make much of an impact on Britains national debt. However it will cheer the proles knowing that their socialist overlords have bled the filthy capitalist dogs.
